Who makes a good Chapter Consultant?

A Chapter Consultant is a self-motivated, enthusiastic Brother that has strong leadership abilities, and a desire to give back to the Brotherhood by supporting individual Chapters.

What does a Chapter Consultant actually do?

Chapter Consultants work directly with Chapters to provide guidance in various areas of Chapter operation, including program development, officer training and transition, Chapter morale, recruitment and retention.  Chapter Consultants meet with Brothers across the country via one-on-one and group meetings/discussions, and also have the opportunity to participate in Chapter events that promote Phi Sigma Pi’s ideals – scholarship, leadership and fellowship.  (Who wouldn’t love this?!?!)
