Marketing our Brand

This roundtable was hosted by Vice President of Membership Development Christopher McCoy (Gamma Beta Chapter ’07) with special guests Chapter Consultant Jen Rudolph (Gamma Pi Chapter ’12) and Amanda Earnest, Expert in Branding & Gamma Beta Chapter Alumna.

We talked about recruitment t-shirt ideas, the real message on your shirts and figuring our how to keep those materials you’re making legal.


Mid-Initiation Review and Initiate Voting

This roundtable was hosted by Vice President of Membership Development Christopher McCoy (Gamma Beta Chapter ’07) with special guests Christiana Berardi, Phi Sigma Pi Chapter Consultant (Gamma Psi Chapter ’13) and Gamma Mu Chapter’s Initiate Advisor Emma Vincent (’16)

We discussed how to conduct a mid-Initiation review, talked about how to decide who makes an ideal Member and explained what resources are available to you to help with the process.


Engaging Alumni for Special Events

This roundtable was hosted by Vice President of Alumni Development Ryan Alexander (Epsilon Xi Chapter ’10) and Vice President of Finance Sarah Cantwell (Beta Sigma Chapter ’03) along with special Guest Katie Martin Peachey, Phi Sigma Pi Foundation President (Beta Psi Chapter ’02, MTAC)

We discussed the best way to communicate with Alumni, talked about how to increase engagement and explained what resources are available to you to better communicate with your Alumni.


Collegiate Member to Alumnus

This roundtable was hosted by Vice President of Alumni Development Ryan Alexander (Epsilon Xi Chapter ’10) with special guests Becky Askew Chamberlain, Human Resources Expert, Beta Rho Chapter ’97 and former Vice President of Alumni Development and Phi Sigma Pi’s Alumni Relations Coordinator Sarah Smith (Epsilon Alpha Chapter ’13).

We discussed how to talk about Phi Sigma Pi on your resume and on a job interview, gave you information on how being an Alumni Member differs from being a Collegiate Member and explained what new opportunities are open to you after graduation.

This roundtable was hosted by National Secretary Natalie Mikkelson (Gamma Epsilon Chapter ’06). We discussed how to submit awards, talked about how to notify your college or university about your award and explained how to qualify for each award. Which are due very soon by the way!
