LiA Modules Of The Month: Strategic Planning

Leadership in ActionAt the beginning of each month we will be featuring the Leadership in Action Module of the Month. Leadership in Action is a certification program for Members of Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity. Members participate in sessions called Modules to learn new skills they can use right away in their Chapters and in everyday life!

There is no better time to start setting goals and making plans for the next academic year then now. Leadership in Action walks you through the process of setting a Chapter goal, deciding on Committee objectives to help reach your Chapter goal and to come up with an action plan to make sure everyone does their part on time. Set your Chapter up for a successful term with Leadership in Action.
